Upload Official Receipt

Import official receipt data from CSV files.

Fixed CSV mapping:
N = CV Code, O = Customer Name, X = Bank Code, AC = Branch Name, W = Amount, AB = Statement Date, M = M/R Number.
Rows with blank W column Amount are skipped automatically. Bank codes are converted to PBL, IBBL, BRAC, DBBL, and CITY.

Data is now saved on your cPanel server. You can still export one JSON backup for extra safety. This backup includes Official Receipt CSV data and M/R checkbox settings.

Search checks the real Branch Name column, not the Bank column.

Extract Money Receipt Combined data from the CSV data already imported in 1. Upload Official Receipt.

CSV Data Extractor to XLSX

Use the Official Receipt CSV data uploaded in section 1, filter by month, add custom checkbox filters, search results, delete rows, copy data, and download premium XLSX file.

Excel Download Rule: Header starts from A6 and includes SL column.
Copy Button Rule: Copies only extracted data without SL column.
Search Rule: Search works by Doc Date, Doc No., CV Code, Amount, Deposit Date, and Branch.
Data Source Rule: M/R Combined uses the CSV data imported from 1. Upload Official Receipt; no separate upload is needed here.
Month Rule: Month is identified from the uploaded CSV A2 date; blank month means all months combined.
Column Mapping: K → Posted By, L → Doc Date, M → Doc No., N → CV Code, O → Customer Name, W → Amount, X → Pay Bank, AB → Deposit Date, AC → Branch.
Filter Rule: If X/K checkbox is selected, only selected matching rows will extract. If no checkbox is selected, all matching rows will extract.
Skip Rule: Rows are skipped when W / X / AB / AC column is blank.
